Kristin : Chance | Engaged!

We all know Colorado weather can be pretty crazy at times, but a few weekends ago when it poured rain, of course it happened to be when Kristin and Chance had their engagement pictures scheduled. So we rescheduled for Labor Day! Talk about beautiful weather! We really lucked out. We went up to Chautauqua in Boulder to start out their shoot... None of us had been there and Kristin and I thought heading up the trail would be a great idea, we could get closer to the trees, right?!? :) Kristin rocked! In her heals and cute little sweater, we went hiking! And I realized, I think I have something about wanting to get pictures in fields... and apparently getting my clients to almost step on snakes! (*read below to see what I mean) We managed to capture some great field shots before Kristin saw the snake, but needless to say, we didn't venture too far off the path from there. After Chautauqua, we went to Boulder Creek, and then to Pearl Street. Sometime I forget how unique Boulder can be! Kristin and Chance were a blast to hang out with. I had a great time and I cannot wait to shoot their wedding next October at Lower Lake Ranch, talk about gorgeous! Congrats again guys! Thanks for being such troopers!
